Jim is professional and responsive. In order to get a property in Bozeman, MT, many times I would have to make an offer on weekends. Jim was able to give me a preapproval letter within an hour even on those weekend days, which was critical for me to be able to get a home in the end.

More communication. First time to go through this process and I had to ask every question imaginable. I met Jim once and mostly talked to Patience the rest of the time. He gave us virtually no options or talked to us about any variation options we had with our mortgage he simply just done arum of the mill setup and asked us to sign. For the money it cost for this mortgage I thought we should have had a lot more support from him. Communication was very very poor. Would not use them again
