We were clear from the start that we wanted to apply for a VA loan not a conventional. The VA loan was not worked at all and at times it seemed as though we were not a priority to Gum Tree. Everything we asked about it, we were told that there was a lot going on and he would have to look into this and get back to us. We always ended up following up several days later after not hearing from him. We are thankful for Gum Tree's business but we would not use them again.
